Our client is the world's leading supplier of automatic test equipment for the semiconductor and telecommunication industry.
By providing test and measurement tools for research and development and assurance of product quality, our client plays an essential role in transforming high-tech innovations into practical, commercial applications.
At its location in Böblingen we are searching for an International Master Data Management Specialist (m / f / d).
Location : Boeblingen
Type of contract : unlimited permanent position direct with our client
Your key tasks :
- You will be part of the global transformation of our customer
- You will shape the global data quality strategy (as owner of the data quality processes) and set up and run the global data community of data owners (responsible for set up & run, definition of best practices and standards, onboarding & training of data owners, regular monitoring of data quality metrics with data owners, drive corrective actions)
- You will own data quality metric for global master data
- You will be responsible for the Quality Assurance and data audits to ensure all data standards are complied with, specifically own the quality of business and data definitions in Data catalog
- You will do the support in upskilling initiative for all data users to drive a data driven culture and mentality, create training material and perform training
Your Profile :
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or comparable.
- Broad experience working in Master Data Management as well as Quality Assurance
- Expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and data quality techniques and tools
- Know-How regarding developing training material and executing training is preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
- Self-starter with analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders
- Understanding how data supports solid processes and hence adds business value
- Fluent English language skills
