Capital Markets is our very own dedicated department, part of the Consulting and Advisory Investment Management (IM) and Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) practice, that services both local and global clients on Asset Management and Fund industry topics.
We offer our clients a comprehensive and recurring solution to address their regulatory and risk requirements.
What you will do
- Develop an expertise in fund performance measurement
- Assist asset managers and asset servicers in reviewing their performance fees calculation methodologies and recurrent calculated performance fees.
Advise our clients in the choice of their performance fees model in compliance with the regulations
- Analyse and control carried interest calculation and waterfall allocation for Private Equity, Real Estate and alternatives funds
- Analyse the process of hedging foreign exchange risks, at the share class level or at the portfolio level. Monitor the proper allocation of performance between share classes in multi-share class funds, in particular between FX hedge and non-FX hedge sources
- Implementation and maintenance of Swing Pricing processes
- Perform regression analysis of fund portfolios
- Measure portfolio performance and performance contribution
- Support business development efforts through data gathering, research, or proposal development
- Be a key actor of your career by embracing and designing new ideas, processes, services
Who you are
- Hold a Master degree in business administration, audit, finance, engineering or accounting
- A first experience in audit or finance would be considered a significant asset
- Have good knowledge of Excel, VBA and skills in other Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously as well as be part of a team
- Be rigorous, quality driven, result-oriented with excellent analytical and synthetic skills
- Show curiosity and eagerness to develop a good understanding of the investment funds industry
- Demonstrate a client-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Be fluent in English. French and / or German would be an asset
