Customer Service Representative

As an Customer Service Representative with a focus on project planning for international rollouts at logit @ DPWorld in Kelsterbach or Niederaula , you will be responsible for the coordination and efficient handling of our project planning and customer support.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Price negotiations and commissioning of various service providers according to economic and logistical priorities.
• Freight purchasing from external and internal service providers in air, sea and road transportation.
• Planning the deployment of personnel and resources in consultation with the customer
• Managing and monitoring suppliers and coordinating the flow of goods
• Preparation of freight and customs documents.
• Preparation of quotations and invoicing
• Control of incoming invoices
• Communication with customers and service providers in written and spoken form

Your Key Qualifications

• Completed training as a businessman (m / f / d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable logistics training.
• Initial experience in the field of international transportation, as well as in the preparation and processing of corresponding customs and freight documents
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• You are a strong implementer, but still able to work in a team and have a high degree of personal responsibility
• You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, pro-active work with high self-demand.
