Location : Remote based with travel
Salary : €70 / 75k+car+ company bonus

What you’ll be doing :
As the Sales Manager for the German market, you will be focusing on actively increasing the customer base with new clients acquisition, as well as achieving growth of existing international customers in the local market.
Whilst you will not be closing deals directly in this role, you will be deeply involved in the early stages of the sales process building strong foundations to ensure success from the sale.
You will be responsible for identifying and fully developing new opportunities. You will be involved from initial discovery to the strategic engagement of key stakeholders.
You will be a pivotal figure in the sales process and you will collaborate closely with Project Managers who are responsible for estimating and assessing the detail requirements, ensuring the opportunity development process.
You will be working with a large variety of potential clients including factories, manufacturing sites, construction & infrastructure projects, OEM’s (original equipment manufacturers), engineering service providers to name a few.

About you :
As the Sales Manager for the German market, you will have excellent skills within the early stages of the sales project. You will be able to proactively identify potential clients through targeted research, leveraging industry information and data to pinpoint target organisations.
You will confidently work with external clients to navigate them through the early stages of the sales process, whilst also leveraging internal resources to enhance the business development efforts.
