Key Responsibilities :
- Provide onsite support to solve real-time problems with the product software tools and any board and system bring up issues
- Manage technical support issues within the customer base
- Provide feedback on customer needs and inputs for future product development
- Work with partners to support joint solutions for customers as appropriate
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
Preferred Background :
- 2+ years of experience ( preferred ) with M.Sc. in computer science or electrical engineering with strong focus on ML
- Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Familiar with Edge AI fundamentals (e.g., Quantization, Pruning, ...)
- Understanding of embedded processor systems and architectures, experience with ARM based SoC is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to keep learning
- Exposure and experience with computer vision, ideally various sensor modalities as well
- Very good knowledge of German (C1 / B2) and English (B2)
