Event Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
- Concept, planning, implementation and follow-up of trade fairs, congresses, events and roadshows (online and offline)
- Support dealers in event activities
- Ensure to enhance XPeng's brand awareness through consistency of event activities
- Budget management and cost calculation
- Drive event traffic and generate customer leads
- Identify the latest event trends
- Develop benchmark events in chosen fields
- Manage invitations and participants
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of event marketing responsibilities in automotive
- High degree of creativity and flexibility
- Ability to transform concepts and plans into effective events for brand and sales
- Demonstrated visible successes with all types of events
- Proven capacity to plan and organize events
- Strong own initiative and self sufficiency in event Mgmt.
- Affinity with the automotive industry
- Good written and verbal skills in German and English language
