Choose the best place for your work Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

You will be responsible for driving marketing transformation through technology and innovation for better connectivity.

You will manage projects for technology adoption in our key markets and align with stakeholders from all marketing disciplines to elevate commercial impact through audience-based marketing.

• You will be guiding markets in the adoption of our Customer Data Platform and care for a successful integration.
• You will develop implementation roadmaps for technology projects, collect develop data-driven requirements and advise on the adoption of new marketing technology based on use cases.

You will develop project plans and ensure that all project members keep their timelines and report and mitigate any issues.

You translate marketing objectives and technology requirements into a clear and transparent implementation plan and ensure that clear business objectives are pursued.

In doing so, you connect the technology world with the business world and carry out important educational work.

Your qualifications and experience :

• You have successfully completed a master’s degree in marketing, business informatics or similar
• You have several years of professional experience in the technology and / or marketing environment and have ideally accompanied transformation projects
• You have several years of experience in IT project management
• You have profound technological knowledge / experience, e.g. in data management, CRM, with content management systems, with digital marketing platforms or similar
• We also welcome applicants with a bachelor’s degree in combination with many years of professional experience in this field

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is desirable)
• You lead sub-project teams confidently and find it easy to convince other people
