About the Role :
Our client is looking for a dedicated HR / Compliance Administrator to join their growing team in Hamburg. This is a critical role supporting their Aviation / Aerospace division, which is experiencing significant growth.
They are seeking a candidate with a solid educational background, a passion for learning, and a structured, organised approach to work.
As part of their results-focused team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their HR and compliance functions.
With a mature working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer basic payroll functions and data entry.
- Book business trips and handle travel expense reports.
- Manage logistics and travel arrangements for LAKs.
- Maintain and manage personnel files and other data.
- Check and process incoming invoices and mail.
- Communicate with health insurance companies and manage office administration tasks.
- Handle general organizational tasks and supervise employees.
- Create job advertisements and assist with basic resourcing.
- Draft employer references and organize G medical examinations.
- Prepare and sign termination notices and contracts.
- Provide administrative support for the companies Line Maintenance, including payroll and invoicing.
- Translate documents (non-technical) and support IT systems projects as needed.
- Manage application and tracking of ZUP security clearances.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Abitur (average grades between 1-3) and ideally degree-educated.
- Previous experience in admin, HR, or payroll-related roles.
- Experience working to deadlines, especially within the aviation industry, is an advantage.

- A positive attitude with a strong "can-do" mindset.
- High motivation, enthusiasm, and strong discipline for meeting targets and deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and 100% accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English (minimum B2 level).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in Aviation / Aerospace and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong influencing skills and a desire for personal development.
