Responsibilities EagleBurgmann is seeking a dynamicManager of Finance & Controlling for BA North Europe &Turkey (NET) and Southwest Europe & Middle East & Africa(SEMA ) Finance team to drive financial excellence and fostersustainable growth.

As a Manager of Finance & Controlling , youwill play a pivotal role in managing BA Finance projects & theyearly budget process, supporting management's decision-making withdetailed analyses and presentations, and ensuring accuratefinancial reporting and collaboration with global teams.

StrategicCollaboration : Work closely with the VP Finance & ControllingNET & SEMA, while acting as an interface to Finance Directors& Managers of BA Legal entities, Managers of relateddepartments and to the shared service Center in Romania in order tocome up with state of the art analytics, reporting and processes inBA NET & SEMA.

Project Management : Manage optimization projectsin Finance and beyond as well as yearly budget process for BusinessArea NET & SEMA.

Prepare presentations and business cases tosupport management's decision-making, manage the monthly financialperformance reporting process to the NET & SEMA managementteam, and establish professional standard reports in cooperationwith SSC and Corporate Controlling.

Qualifications Bachelor’sdegree in Finance or Controlling. Relevant experience in complexinternational matrix structures.

Possess excellent SAP (S4, ByD,Cloud) and Hyperion knowledge, with outstanding proficiency inExcel and PowerPoint. Fluent in (written and spoken) German &English.

Analytical Mindset : You have strong analyticalproblem-solving skills with a sound business acumen, coupled withthe ability to translate analysis into digestible output formanagement.
