Sales Manager
The ideal candidate is a driven, well-organized individual who has experience within the sales and promotion of excipients into the pharmaceutical markets in Germany.
Responsibilities :
- responsibility for the sales and business development of excipients into the pharmaceutical markets.
- Manage, grow and increase sales within key accounts within the pharmaceutical markets (CDMO's and manufacturers)
- Identify and acquire new customers by showcasing the excipients portfolio
- Implementation and delivery of the market strategy, in line with annual budget and product forecasts
- Market and competition monitoring, identification of new business opportunities
- Weekly / Monthly customer visits and calls, both directly and together with other technical colleagues
- Report account maintenance and documentation in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Represent the company at tradeshows and exhibitions
Qualifications :
- degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical science, chemistry or related subject or Economics / business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- written and verbal communication skills
- within the sales of excipients with applications within the pharmaceutical market in Germany
- Fluency in German and English
