Java Software Engineer Shared Digital Infrastructure Java, Kubernetes, Springboot Berlin
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our shared digital infrastructure.
As a Java Engineer, you will be responsible for the conception and implementation of Java-based import and export services, as well as the development of metadata infrastructures, programs, and processes for the Shared Digital Infrastructures (SDI) team.
You will also play a crucial role in supporting global standardization-related business processes by providing high-quality programming.
Responsibilities :
- Conceive and implement Java -based import and export services.
- Develop efficient systems, programs, and processes for structured data provision.
- Support standardization-related business processes by providing high-quality standard information.
- Build infrastructures, including metadata structures, in a NoSQL database
- Participate in European and national projects
- Design, create, and operate services for international standardization institutes in our shared digital infrastructure.
Qualifications :
- A completed degree in computer science or a comparable field, or several years of professional experience.
- Good knowledge of Java and related technologies such as Springboot .
- Proficiency in handling XML technologies ( XML , XSLT , XPath , XQuery ).
- Familiarity with build processes ( CI / CD , DevOps - Gradle , Docker , Kubernetes , GIT , SVN ).
- Ideally, experience with NoSQL databases, especially document databases.
- Experience in providing services to customers and managing customer requirements.
- Excellent cross-team cooperation skills, initiative, and implementation power.
- Ideally, project management experience.
- Good knowledge of German and English .
