Your tasks
- Responsibility and safeguarding of products in the regulated countries and especially in EMEA
- Advising sales and other functions on regulatory requirements for chemicals
- Development and management of REACH-like registration projects taking into account global registration strategies
- Planning, management and preparation of a substance register dossier
- Advising the company on possible strategies
- Representation of consortia and communication in the context of REACH-like regulations
- Building and maintaining relationships and activities with national associations in the EU and UK
- Tracking REACH developments in the EU and UK
- Support with other product stewardship projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as a chemical technician with appropriate further training, a degree in chemistry or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in the area of product responsibility or a similar position
- Understanding of the global chemical regulatory framework and in particular EU and UK REACH
- Basic knowledge of toxicology / ecotoxicology / physical chemistry and analytics is required
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
