Job description :

• Robotics Simulations : Independently create and optimise robot simulations for special systems to analyse and enhance system performance.
• Analyses : Conduct accessibility and collision analyses, as well as cycle time studies, to ensure efficient and trouble-free production.
• Safety Concepts : Develop and implement comprehensive safety concepts for robotic applications, adhering to relevant standards and regulations.
• Programming and Commissioning : Program, commission, and configure robots, including the integration of safety functions and interfaces with PLC systems (Yaskawa, Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Mechanical Design and Software departments to ensure optimal integration and functionality of robotic systems.
• Service and Training : Provide support in the service area and conduct training sessions for operational and maintenance staff.
• Documentation : Create and maintain electrical documentation for system configuration and assist with maintenance and service tasks.

Skills requested :

Education : Successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable engineering discipline, or an equivalent technician qualification.

Experience : At least 3 years of experience in robotics programming and integration.

Software Knowledge : Strong knowledge and practical experience with simulation and programming software tools, including Visual Components, MotoSim, Roboguide, KukaSim, Solid Edge, and Catia.

Programming Skills : Proficient with Siemens TIA Portal and other relevant programming tools.

Image Processing Systems : Experience in the integration and application of image processing systems to optimise robotic applications.

Fault Diagnosis : Proven practical experience in diagnosing and resolving issues in robotic and automation systems.

Willingness to Travel : Preparedness for regular business travel.

Language Skills : Good command of German (min. B2 ) and English (min. B2).
