Test Operator Support

Job Description

Purpose :

• Fulfilment of all handling tasks for the delivery of the ordered on time and in the correct quality
• Indepentent operation and loading of the handling equipment as wellas execution of special manual test tasks and services (T&R) according to work order by the supervisor

Principal Accountabilities :

• Guarantee quality according to the Dialog standards and specifications
• Ensure that the product is handled according to given instructions
• Compliance with the standard of the established quality management system, occupational safety and accident prevention and preventive health protection, so that damage to persons and material is avoided
• Providing feedback on maintenance issues and trends associated with failures and root causes
• Suggest cost-saving ideas

Knowledge :

• High quality awareness and basic technical understanding of the production flows in the semiconductor industry
• Good problem solving skills
• Working independant with minimal supervision
• Ability to work shifts and / or flexible hours
• Teamworking skills to work cooperatively and liase with people at all levels
• Continious improovment process
• Basic English knowledge
• Fluent German knowledge

Qualifications

• No special qualification required
• Basic technical understanding for the work to be done
• Personal reliability
