Location : Remote, with travel to Cologne or Chemnitz every couple of weeks (Not necessarily both)

About the Role :

As the D365 BC Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our client's Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

You will lead a team of skilled professionals, collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their business needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Your leadership and expertise will drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of D365 BC professionals.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using D365 BC.
• Configure and customize D365 BC to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of D365 BC with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 BC.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in D365 BC and recommend best practices.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a D365 BC professional, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to Cologne or Chemnitz every couple of weeks.
