Position Overview : We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Specialists.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our product / service and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Provide step-by-step guidance and training to customers on using our platform effectively.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve our product / service offerings.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements :
- 1 year of Telecom Cloud experience.
- 5 years experience as DevOps Engineer
- Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with remote work and collaboration tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
