German Speaking Customer Support Representative - Work from Greece

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while promptly addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional service.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer experience.
- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and quality in service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems is preferred
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges
