Role Overview :

As an Airline Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries across various channels, including phone, social media, chat, and email. You will provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service associated with a leading airline.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Language Proficiency : Native-level German and C1-level English are required to excel in this role.
  • Experience : Previous experience in a customer support role is essential. We are looking for candidates who can communicate effectively, demonstrate excellent writing and listening skills, and take initiative.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in computer use is required, and possession of an ECDL certificate is an advantage.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
  • Eligibility : Candidates must hold a valid work permit in Malta, such as an EU ID or residence card.
