Business Process Analyst Dynamics 365 Supply Chain

To further strengthen our organization and IT teams in Osnabrück (Germany), we’re looking for :
Key Responsibilities :
- First point of contact for the local colleagues for any Microsoft Dynamics 365 related issues.
- Supporting the definition, setup and support of the company wide business processes.
- Process modelling and optimization based of Microsoft Dynamics systems and modules, including some possible third-party add-on’s (like SolidWorks PDM / BOM handling)
- Create and manage business legal and functional reports, views and dashboard requirements.
- Pre and post Go-Live end-user support for people, processes and procedures.
- Manage business continuity including needs analysis, design, execution planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Creating functional designs and supporting the key-user organization to map and own their individual processes including the use of Value Stream Mapping technology to eliminate inefficiencies and waste’ in processes.
- Taking care of the KAIZAN circle of continuous improvement in any applicable business area.
- Coordinate with functional departments involved their functional requirements, controls and reporting needs.
- Pro-active approaching the various Business Process Owners.
- Work effectively with internal colleagues and external consultants and vendors to realize proper and timely delivery of projects and / or solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and meaningful and properly documented information.
- Be responsible in alignment with the overall Company’s IT budget.
- Reporting to the IT Manager Europe and working closely together with the IT team based in USA (Connecticut). You will team up with the IT Manager and existing BPA’s in Europe and carry shared responsibility and workload reporting to the VP Technology in the USA.
Profile :
- 3+ years working experience in Supply Chain with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (must have)
- 3 years+ in-depth and detailed knowledge of (Field) Service Management (FSM), CRM and ERP business processes in a manufacturing / production environment.
- Proved track record and excellent ability to translate user requirements into solid and sustainable business processes and procedures.
- Long time working experience with detailed project and process realizations in finance.
- Fluent in English (company standard language), Dutch and / or German language is plus.
- International end-user support capability and in professional experience
- Worked in a fast-paced, growing, global company and excellent experience working with mixed nationalities and cultures in one project team.
- Customer-oriented, pro-active and willing to take responsibility.
- Positive Can-Do’ attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- EU driving license holder (able to travel across Europe)
- Able and willing to travel occasionally to any Envipco location for a few days (up to max. 2 weeks).
- Able and willing to work outside the traditional standard office hours of the related countries, due to high degree of teamwork integration with other countries in Europe and USA located colleagues.
- Knowledge of and experience with Prince2, Agile / Scrum and Lean Six Sigma is a big plus.
