Account Executive

As part of a diverse Revenue Team, you will be able to directly contribute to the success of our client. You will be responsible for your own sales pipeline and will work closely with the SDRs to find and qualify prospects, move them through the sales cycle, close deals, and ensure to maintain and grow the revenue pipeline.

How you will make an impact
- Take care of and move prospects through the entire sales process from qualification to close.
- Responsibility for achieving your individual & team metrics focusing on outbound efforts.
- Ensure the quality of the outbound and inbound sales pipeline by monitoring and managing new prospects.
- Together with the entire Sales and Growth team, you will find new & creative ways for successful lead generation.
- Actively prospect for leads and accounts to reach and expand the pipeline.
- You will be directly reporting to the CRO.

What you need to succeed
- You have more than 3 years of relevant working experience in B2B Software Sales with a proven track record of attaining targets.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently structure your work and multitask.
- You have an absolute hands-on mentality. You know how to get the job done, are empathic, and you are a great team player.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are an active listener who understands the intricacies of customer use cases and challenges.
- You are fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus.
