Tasks
Description
- As a Sales Manager at you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer base and increase sales of our red fruit juices and concentrates.
- You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other partners in the food and beverage industry.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sustainable, profitable growth with selected Key-Accounts and local Accounts by leveraging our core competencies.
- Drive sustainable business opportunities which contribute to our customer’s success and differentiate us from our competitors.
- Providing technical support and product development for the relevant market and strategic customers
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Market Analysis : Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and customer segments.
- Product Knowledge : Deep understanding of our red fruit juice and concentrate products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Forecasting : Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
- Contract Negotiation : Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Trade Shows and Events : Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential partners.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology a related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on juices and concentrates.
- At least 3 years of experience
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
- Very good level in Microsoft office systems (power point Excel)
