With cutting the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) and product differentiation strategy at heart,TCL TZE overcame technical barriers and launched the G12 series : a 12-inch ultra-large silicon wafer that will increase the PV conversion efficiency of large solar panels.
Responsibilities
- Report to Senior Director Europe
- Assist Management with all operational mainly client-related matters
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Actively generate sales leads in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, develop new business and identify areas of improvement
- Implement TCL TZE s sales plan and achieve revenue targets
- Within established parameters, prepare quotations and negotiate sales contracts with assigned customer base and potential new customers
- Work closely and communicate effectively with different Departments of TCL TZE in both headquarters in China and other Overseas entities
- Represent TCL TZE on trade fairs and conferences
- Analyze market and competitor information
- Maintain sales pipeline in CRM system
- Prepare reports on account status
- Organize and execute marketing campaigns together with our clients

Requirements
- At least 3 years work experience in a similar function in the solar energy sector
- Ability and motivation to introduce a new manufacturer into the market
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and in German
- Willingness to travel in the assigned territory
- Role could be home-based
