Technical Sales Manager - Adhesives, Sealants & Coatings
My client, a leader in developing and marketing innovative two-component adhesives, sealants, and coating technologies , are looking for an experience Technical Sales Manager to join their growing business! With a global presence, they provide reliable surface protection solutions against abrasion, impact, corrosion, and aggressive chemicals.
This role covers the DACH region.
Responsibilities :
- Support and advise industrial customers and key accounts
- Strategically new business development and expand existing relationships
- Develop and implement sales strategies and concepts
- Create offer strategies and conduct negotiations
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Identifying and communicating customer needs to the product development team to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements :
- 5 years minimum experience in a commercial / customer facing role
- Experience in sales of chemical products, or chemical education (ideally MSc).
- Passion for travel (up to 50%)
- Strong sales skills and a winning demeanor
- Located in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
- Fluent in English & German
