Description
- Verwaltet die Ausführung von zugewiesenen Kosteneinsparungsprojekten, stellt die Genauigkeit der Finanzanalyse sicher und präzisiert die Planung und Kommunikation für das Erreichen kritischer Projektmeilensteine.
- Verwaltet die Ausführung zugewiesener Entwicklungsprojekte für neue Produkte von der anfänglichen Konzeptdefinition durch Private Brand Sales und Marketing über die Überprüfung der Lieferanten, die Überprüfung von Mustern / Spezifikationen, die anfängliche Einführungsplanung und die Lieferung an unser DC-Netzwerk.
- Verantwortlich für die gesamten Lieferantenleistungsaktivitäten, die die Lieferantenoptimierung, die Lösung von Produktqualitätsproblemen und die laufende Umsetzung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften in ihren jeweiligen Kategorien umfassen.
- Befolgt Global Sourcing-Prozesse und -Verfahren, was unter anderem die Ausführung von RFQs (Angebotsanfragen), Einrichtung und Wartung von Artikeln, Etikettierung und Entwicklung von Gebrauchsanweisungen, Ausführung von Lieferantenverträgen, Einrichtungsdokumentation für Anbieter umfasst.
- Verwendet etablierte Richtlinien und Prozesse, um Kosten zu reduzieren, Verfahren zu rationalisieren und Lösungen zu implementieren.
- Ideen für Verbesserungen entwickeln und fördern, um Ergebnisse und Effizienz zu steigern
Qualifications
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung (mind. 5-7 Jahre) und Erfolge im Bereich Einkauf / Sourcing
- Sie verfügen über übergreifende Kenntnisse im Supply Chain Management
- Sie haben einen überzeugenden Kommunikationsstil und fühlen sich sicher bei internationalen Einkaufsverhandlungen
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Produktkenntnisse von Dental- und Medizinprodukten und sind mit den entsprechenden Normen und Qualitätsstandards vertraut
- Sie sind zuverlässig, belastbar, teamfähig, arbeiten gerne in einem internationalen Umfeld und zeichnen sich durch hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Eine weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen und Messebesuchen
- Der sichere Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten ist für Sie selbstverständlich
