Finance & Administration Manager
A trading company which is 100% subsidiary of Japanese manufacturer in Amsterdam is currently looking for Dutch-speaking Finance & Administration Manager, eager to cover the wide range of duties at their multinational team in Amsterdam Zuid.
You will report to the Finance & Administrative Director.
TYPE : Full-time role, initially 1 year contract (potential to become permanent)
WORKING HOURS : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 17 : 00 (lunch : 30 minutes)
SALARY : up to €100,000, depending on experience
START : ASAP
LOCATION : Amsterdam (5 days at the office)
Benefits : Company provided lunch (Once a week)
Finance & Administration Manager Responsibilities :
- Direct report to the Finance & Administrative Director
- Reporting (SER, CBS, UPV)
- Payroll duties (catching up Tax rules and other payroll details, covering 8 counties, managing the pension fund)
- Catching up Tax rules VAT, CIT, ICP,
- Yearly customs reporting duty fee
- Annual accounts
- Liaising with Auditors, Tax advisors
- Tax support for German branch
- Credit Control (Day-to-day activities)
- Various monthly reporting, bookings, clearing, postings, monthly closing, receiving invoices, releasing order using SAP
- Legal duties (liaising with lawyers for payroll, employment contracts, apostille, notary)
- Administrative duties (Bank, authorization schedule, approvals, statement of accounts, UBO, Intercompany, balance confirmations, dividend, minutes, shareholder resolutions, managing lease cars)
- Managing people (2 Accountants, 1 Office Manager)
- Other duties (updating Chamber of Commerce, Stock prices, CSRD)
Finance & Administration Manager Ideal Candidate :
- 8+ years of experience in finance-related job
- Motivation to cover the wide range of duties at the office (HR, Legal, Administration)
- Business fluency in English and native-level of Dutch is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
