Theobjective of the role is to support the entire manufacturingprocess within F&B Membrane Cartridges Value Stream. Themajority of the role is Project Management and Value Streamoptimization trough implementing DBS tools.

The position requiresthe cross-functional Team engagement including Operations,Engineering, R&D, SIOP, Sourcing and Quality.

The objective isto perform as a ’system’’ Integrator combining different functionsand tools necessary to be involved during project execution.

Otherobjective is to execute on Continuous VSMImprovements.

This position ispart of the Cartridge Production and will belocated in Bad Kreuznach. PallFiltersystems GmbH.

Improve OMX by reducingthe FMC (Full Manufacturing Cost) by Value StreamOptimization

Improve productquality. Measured by % deviation from X-sigma PPM (Claimed) to beanalyzed duringprojects

Improvemanufacturing productivity,O.E.E.

Optimize the totalinventory

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude :

Degree inEngineering (university of applied science or university) inMechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Power Engineering ora similar field ofstudy

Very good knowledge ofMS Office / Minitab, preferable SAPR / 3

Good knowledge of bothwritten and spoken English andGerman

Several years’experience in an industrial company; experience in theimplementation and management of investment / modernization projects(analysis, ROI calculation,implementation)
