Head of Backend Storage (f/m/d)

We need a visionary Head of Backend Storage (f / m / d) who, together with their team, will manage our multi-petabyte storage infrastructure.
You will play a key role in the development of our next-generation mail storage, ensuring reliability, scalability and innovation.
- Be responsible for capacity management and ensure that our storage infrastructure keeps pace with customer growth and new product offerings.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot incidents to further improve our excellent uptime.
- Work closely with the teams in our internal development and product management department. Together you will define the requirements that support our strategic goals.
- Help develop our next-generation mailstore. Design it so that it can meet future requirements efficiently and flexibly.
