What you can expect

• In your area of responsibility, you will be the contact person for the legal affairs of our Group companies and business units with a focus on Sales, Energy, Toll and Purchasing.
• You will advise our sales units on the sale of our products (including software) and the negotiation of large-volume customer contracts.
• You will also review and negotiate procurement contracts.
• You will develop legal structuring options for new business opportunities.
• You will also support special projects with group-wide significance from a legal perspective.
• You will independently manage your work processes and handle legal issues on your own responsibility.

What makes you stand out

• You have completed both state examinations in law, ideally with distinction.
• You have already gained experience in the area of commercial / sales / procurement (but we also expressly welcome applications from young professionals).
• You enjoy working with colleagues from different areas and are enthusiastic about commercial topics and economic contexts.
• You are characterized by analytical thinking and a high level of problem-solving skills, process-oriented thinking and assertiveness.
• You are also business fluent in written and spoken German and English (other foreign languages are a plus).
• You have a talent for organization and show initiative and commitment.
• You are independent and your ability to work proactively as well as your empathetic, negotiating and assertive personality round off your profile.
