Your tasks

• Telephone customer contact
• Open and professional customer communication
• Fault diagnostics and analyses with a focus on vehicle electronics
• Configuration creation, bus communication analysis, diagnostics, simulation and stimulation
• Software and hardware updates
• Documentation of all activities carried out on the vehicle
