Technology Project Manager

You will work on a hybrid basis to manage a team of 8 key project members to drive success, in a rapidly expanding consultancy.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project life-cycle.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and direction to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Allocate resources efficiently, optimising team capacity and skills to maximise productivity and project success.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
• Facilitate clear and transparent communication channels, providing regular updates, progress reports, and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to validate project deliverables and ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and objectives, assessing impacts and implementing adjustments as needed to maintain project momentum and alignment with goals.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned from past projects to refine methodologies, optimise processes, and enhance project outcomes.
• Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, applying technical expertise to inform project decisions and drive innovation.
• Prioritise client satisfaction by delivering value-added solutions, addressing concerns promptly, and seeking opportunities to exceed expectations, ultimately fostering long-term partnerships and business growth.

Requirements :

• Bilingual German and English.
• ERP experience (ideally SAP).
• Change management experience.
• Able to start in June.
• Work on client site multiple days per week.
