eCommerce Account Manager (German speaking)
Job Description
Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for an eCommerce Account Manager (German speaking) to join their team in Germany.
Responsibilities :
Map the category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with partners
Define a go to market strategy for a category / subcategory and build clear roadmap to manage longtail partners
Plan, execute and maintain category performance
Partners acquisition and onboarding : identify potential partners, build onboarding solutions (including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education) and set up their business sustainably on the platform
Work cross functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to help partners with content on platform
Own internal projects to contribute to the fashion ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing)
Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage
Qualifications :
Fluent in English and German
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, Logical thinking, and analytical skills
Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity is preferred
Strong sense of social content (livestream and short video is a preference)
Eager to win, growth driven, business mindset, result driven
Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change
