CRM Manager (m/f/d)

We are experts in modern rainwater management with almost 70 years of experience. We develop and produce tailor-made drainage solutions for all areas of application for our customers and sell them all over the world. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a CRM Manager (m/f/d) Your tasks:

• Ensuring the use and maintenance of CRM data in day-to-day business
• Contact person for all sales users in national and international sales
• Planning and conducting training courses, creating guidelines and support materials
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to support sales management
• Collaborating on the implementation of new CRM functions, tests, and rollouts
• Supporting data quality monitoring and routine checks

Your profile:

• Completed training or degree in economics, IT, sales, or a comparable qualification
• 5 years of experience in a comparable position with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module)
• Sound understanding of sales processes and CRM contexts
• Confident handling of data analysis, reports, and Power BI
• Affinity for digitalization, data quality, and process optimization
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to work and strong communication skills
• Very good German and English skills
