We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Manager. You should have a passion for tech startups and innovative business models.

Most importantly, you will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with an eye for details.

• You will work directly with the founders and management team and drive your own area of responsibility optimizing our leakage detection services
• You pioneer in the area of freshwater saving combining IoT technology with AI
• You will set up, control and optimize our business line for leakage detection services
• You collaborate with all departments including Management, Engineering, Customer Success & Marketing
• You prepare the basis for the scaling of our leak detection services across different industries and business models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tech, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business development within fast growing companies
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and real-time data sources
• Ability to develop a product to a market fit and setting up processes to optimize our water leakage information system
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• German language skills is a plus (B1+)
