Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager Laser (f / m / d) for the Survivability department at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
Participation in the acquisition of projects
Creation of concepts, specifications and offers as well as support for customers in creating system requirements
Handling international projects within the agreed time, cost and performance framework
Implementation of systematic project planning and project tracking
Leading project teams and managing subcontractors
Collaboration with internal and external partners and customers
Carrying out presentations within HENSOLDT and externally to customers and suppliers and preparing corresponding reports
Willingness to travel domestically and abroad is required.
Your Profile
Completed engineering studies in the field of physics, electrical engineering, precision engineering or mechanical engineering or comparable
Experience in managing and processing (international) projects
Experience / knowledge in leading project teams
Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP R3)
Planning skills, a confident manner and the ability to work in a team
Results-oriented, structured and cooperative way of working
High degree of flexibility
Fluent German and good English skills
