About the Role : Our client, a prominent company in the life sciences sector, is seeking a dedicated Scientific Account Manager.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in promoting and servicing their product range. You will oversee key accounts, create and execute business strategies aligned with specific performance metrics, and plan local events.
Your responsibilities also include delivering top-tier customer support and leveraging data analysis to uncover trends and unmet needs, driving local business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and service the product portfolio in the designated territory
- Oversee key accounts and develop strategic business plans
- Plan and execute local events and activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for business development
Qualifications :
- Native German speaker with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Advanced Scientific degree preferred (MS, PHD)
- Additional degree (e.g., BA, MBA) is an advantage
- 3-5 Years Industry experience working in sales, scientific account management, MSL roles etc.
- Experience in haematology is preferred and candidates with this skill set will take priority
- Strong entrepreneurial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and build strong professional networks
