Role Overview : As our Sales Manager for greater region, you will be instrumental in driving our market expansion, securing deals, and uncovering new leads.
Your role will be critical in advancing the presence in the greater region through your sales expertise and knowledge of the energy sector.
Fluent communication in French and English is essential, and German language skills will give you an edge in engaging with a broader audience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Strategize and implement sales plans to achieve and surpass sales objectives in the greater region.
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and effective networking.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners, focusing on long-term commitment and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing department to craft and execute targeted campaigns and promotions for the greater region.
- Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the product management team to ensure our offerings meet market demands and trends.
- Produce and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the senior management team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related queries in the greater region, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrable experience in sales, with a preference for backgrounds in the energy sector or related industries.
- A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and English; French language skills are highly advantageous.
- Capable of independent work and collaboration in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Availability to travel within the greater region and occasionally to other locations as required.
