Inhouse Recruiter - Europe (m/f/d)

Your mission

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top commercial talent (sales managers, account managers, business development managers, etc.

in multiple European countries

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, initial interviews, and reference checks
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidates
• Promote Eye-Able’s employer brand and values in all recruitment activities

Your profile

• Language Skills : English (C2 level) is a must. Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is highly desirable : German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, French, Polish.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on commercial roles such as sales managers in an international context.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of European labor markets and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
