Sales Manager (Rail Industry Products)
Our client, is a global business that is looking to expand its interests in Germany and the DACH Region.
They specialise in innovative solutions for the rail, construction, and energy sectors, they support critical infrastructure through technology-driven services.
These include Telecoms, Fire Management, Automation & Materials Handling, Electrical Wiring & Control Rooms, and Digital Information.
Their clientele spans diverse industries such as Rail, Defense, Retail, Leisure, Manufacturing, Power Generation, and Airports.
As part of their expansion strategy, they seek an experienced Sales Manager to join their Rail Technologies Team, focusing on the DACH region.
This pivotal role involves achieving sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and driving regional growth.
Key responsibilities :
- Managing account plans
- Attending quarterly reviews
- Ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Collaborating with the Project Delivery team
The role also requires strengthening the DACH Account Management and Engineering teams in responding to RfPs, RfQs, and ITTs, as well as providing market intelligence and regular reports to senior management.
The ideal candidate :
- Proven track record in the German Rail Industry
- Strong sales experience
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel
- Self-starting attitude
