The Role
Talented Recruitment Group are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand and nurture partnerships within the DACH region.
This role involves identifying and negotiating new partnerships, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and providing strategic insights on market opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have travel tech experience, a deep understanding of API integrations, and strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to expand the product offering in the DACH market.
- Identify, target, negotiate, and implement new partnerships.
- Present comprehensive business cases for new opportunities, detailing commercial benefits and technical implications.
- Foster relationships with regional DMOs to enhance property network exposure.
- Manage the onboarding and integration of technical partners, collaborating with the integrations technical manager from planning to testing.
- Create help guides for internal and external customers, along with marketing and PR materials.
- Maintain regular communication with partners, providing support and updates on products and services.
- Resolve any conflicts with partners to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Stay informed on hospitality industry trends and independent accommodation provider needs.
- Participate in user testing processes and pilot roll-outs as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events and seminars.
- Organize themed webinars with partners.
About You
- Native-level German and excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the travel tech sector.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with partner integration and nurturing.
- Understanding of API integrations.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for business and attend annual events.
The Package
- €50 - €80K Base salary.
- 25 paid holidays plus bank holidays.
