We work with over 250 different brands, including the top Beauty and FMCG groups. The role of Brand Partnerships Manager is a sales role that is integral to the growth and success of SoPost’s commercial operations.
Reporting to the Head of Brand Partnerships, the role is focused on driving our business forward by breaking, retaining and growing key enterprise clients.
You will collaborate with the Customer Success team (who will support you with campaign execution) as well as with the Platform Partnerships, Product and Engineering teams to evolve and innovate SoPost’s product and services.
This is a fully remote role, where you will be offered to work independently from home. You will meet regularly in person with the Head of Brand Partnerships and are expected to travel occasionally within the DACH region to visit brand partners and attend industry events.
The successful candidate will be a go-getter with significant sales experience within digital media, have experience managing multi-brand enterprise accounts and will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You should have a keen sense of market trends (within both the tech and FMCG industries) that will help you develop, implement and execute a strong business strategy for FMCG within your region.
You can rely on your existing network and contacts to create conversations and raise awareness for SoPosts’ solutions. You have enhanced multitasking abilities, strong negotiation skills and a laser focus on "closing the deal.
Please only apply if you Speak German at native level and English fluently as this is essential. Tasks Focus on growing new client relationships Manage a key account list to build client relationships and grow revenue across SoPost’s FMCG portfolio in Germany.
Drive exceptional prospecting in your territory, leaving no stone unturned Maintain and accurately report on the sales pipeline, including the likelihood of closing deals, on a quarterly basis Identify and actively prospect new client relationships to support the Head of Brand Partnerships in achieving growth objective Develop senior-level relationships across the industry, collaborating with our clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure we are delivering value to each account.
Proven record of driving sales urgency, making your prospects buy now Coordinate with the Customer Success team to facilitate the onboarding of new customers and to lead campaign setup and execution Design an account plan strategy for your current book of accounts and new prospects, defining the structure for growth within each Drive revenue via the development of sales pipeline, pitch presentation, pricing and deal closure Deliver on agreed sales objectives and growth targets Stay up-to-date on the product roadmap and upcoming launches within SoPost, as well as the wider digital media ecosystem, in order to identify potential opportunities with new and existing brand partners Generate best practices that showcase SoPost as a driver of sales, ROI and innovation for our brand partners Maintain a CRM database of key contacts Identify and attend industry events to network and raise SoPost’s profile within the FMCG industry Collaborate with the wider global sales and marketing teams to improve sales processes and conversion rates Never be satisfied, always look for and expect more, you should be curious, energetic and determined to over achieve.

We are looking for a self-starter who is organized, with strong time management and the below, essential skills : Speaking German at native level and English fluently is mandatory.
Proven experience over multiple years in sales within the media, digital marketing, advertising or tech industry Experience selling to and managing large portfolio businesses (ie Unilever, P&G, Nestlé etc) Proven track record of prospecting and winning business from retained and new accounts Must have proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Proven track record of growing clients in the DACH region Proven track record of building strong client relationships, both brand direct and with ad agencies Strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs, create meaningful solutions, set expectations and close deals of all sizes An understanding of the digital media landscape and the competitive marketplace in which we operate Excellent communication and presentation skills Competent level of IT literacy (fluent in Google Docs, Google Calendar and Google Sheets) Experience working with CRM software, like Hubspot or SalesForce, is a plus Desirable Skills Preference for working in smaller, collaborative teams Bachelor's Degree Direct experience working with marketing platforms including social, search, influencer, connected TV, retail media, audio and gaming would be beneficial Benefits Competitive Salary (negotiable between €65 - 75K + 30% bonus.
