YOUR ROLE
- Active involvement in the innovation process, including coordination and alignment with other departments
- Development of concepts for new products in coloration, hair care and styling categories
- Monitoring of fashion and hair trend research to create the brand look collection (Street Style Collection)
- Participate to the creation and implementation of social media content, including #indolaselected
- Product performance, competition and strategic market analysis
- Day to day administrative support in invoicing, budgeting, presentations, organizing internal / external events / workshops etc.
YOUR SKILLS
- Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies, ideally with focus on marketing
- Practical and international experience, e.g. by internships and semester abroad, is beneficial
- Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus but not mandatory
- Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel with strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality with high level of independence
- Interested in B2B beauty / hairdressing industry and digital savvy
We offer you an attractive salary between € 900-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
