meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

Conduct monthly Performance Reviews with the Building Blocks supporting them to achieve their financial targets

Coordination of mid-term planning and forecasting including target setting as well as quarterly Risk Reporting

Management of commercial KPI requirements and set up of reports and processes

As Commercial Process Owner you ensure data quality along the value chain so that line organization can focus on their delivery

Drive changes for improvement in our commercial model at EDT in alignment with the other Controlling Functions

As a subject matter expert and analyst of our commercial model you serve as catalyst and connector towards line organization by regular trainings

Strong communication skills, capable to explain complex topics in an understandable way and focus on relevant key messages for different stakeholders

Change agent with an entrepreneurial mind set, sharing ideas with others and driving value creation

Strong interpersonal skills and team player with the ability to build trustful networks

Readiness of mind, advanced analytical and strategic thinking with attention to details capable to generate valuable insights

Study of economics / business or equivalent with relevant work experience

Experience with SAP ERP / BI and Consulting Business of advantage

Excellent written and oral language skills in German and English
