As a Working Student in ProjectManagement, you will support our team in planning, executing, and following up on various projects.
This role includes a range of administrative, organizational, and research-related tasks that contribute to the successful delivery of our projects :
- Assisting in planning and organizing project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
- Helping in creating and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and reports for seamless project tracking
- Conducting research and performing analyses to provide actionable insights that support project decision-making
- Supporting in coordinating and communicating with various project stakeholders to ensure effective information flow and collaboration
- Supporting in preparing and executing presentations and meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and impactful
- Handling administrative tasks and organizational duties within the project management scope to enhance overall efficiency
The role requires on-site presence in our Ludwigsburg office.
Job requirements
- Enrolled student (f / m / d) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar
- Demonstrated interest and initial experience in project management are advantageous
- Excellent organizational abilities and a structured approach to work
- High level of initiative and capability to work effectively within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both German and English, with strong written and spoken abilities
