About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing Commercial Excellence & Customer Success to join our leadership team in the DACH region. li>
Marketing Excellence : Oversee the marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the commercial strategy and market needs.
Continuously review and adjust marketing initiatives.
- Data Analytics & Insights : Utilize data and analytics to derive actionable insights into market trends, customer behaviour, and performance metrics.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Marketing and Application / Product professionals. li>
- Customer Success : Ensure exceptional customer experiences from pre-sales to post-sales support through continuous improvement and service excellence.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in Marketing and Commercial Excellence is essential.
- Skills : Strong understanding of CRM software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public speaking, and presentation capabilities.
- Languages : Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
- Conversion rates, lead generation, customer acquisition, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
