Choose the best place for your work Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is to be filled for a fixed term of 24 months.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• You are responsible for tracking, optimizing, and monitoring productivity measures in close collaboration with Finance
• You ensure appropriate support for the planning processes of productivity measures in Service Logistics
• You adapt and implement efficient procedures and processes for productivity enhancement measures
• You are responsible for processing information and its reporting to relevant stakeholders and management regarding the status and forecast of productivity measures
• You support project teams regarding the creation of business cases and drive productivity improvements accordingly
• You act as a Service Logistics partner for the CSML teams and Finance
• You drive productivity enhancement measures in Service Logistics in close collaboration with project managers

Your qualifications and experience :

• You have a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, ora comparable field
• You have many years of professional experience in performance controlling, finance or project management. Additional experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantage
• Do you already have extensive, long-term professional experience and additional qualifications in this field but no university degree?

• You have in-depth knowledge of calculation methods, business cases and especially the OPW methodology
• You possess profound knowledge of value flow and financial processes and ideally of SCM and HPS / Lean methods
• Ideally, you have already worked in various areas of the CS organization and are well-connected in our regions

Your attributes and skills :

• You are business-fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional German knowledge is an advantage
• You have strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and have already worked in a multicultural environment
• A high affinity for internal digitization initiatives completes your profile
