How you’ll make an impact
- Own and drive the vertical sales strategy across Industrial Machinery & Heavy Equipment in EMEA, translating market trends and customer needs into a clear growth agenda and profitable business outcomes.
- Build, develop, and manage strategic customer relationships, engaging senior executives and C‑level stakeholders to position Siemens Advanta as a long-term, trusted transformation partner.
- Define and steer key account and vertical account plans, working closely with Siemens sales organizations, regional leaders, and customer partners to ensure coordinated global account coverage.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into high-value consulting and technology projects, taking ownership of opportunity development from first engagement through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit and delivery teams across Siemens Advanta practices, Siemens business units, and ecosystem partners to develop compelling, end‑to‑end value propositions.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and reliable demand planning in close alignment with consulting and technology practices.
- Shape and evolve vertical-specific offerings, contributing market insights and customer feedback to portfolio development and ensuring differentiation versus competitors.
- Act as a thought leader for your vertical, representing Siemens Advanta externally through customer engagements, industry discussions, and strategic positioning of digital and sustainability transformation topics.
Your success is grounded in
- 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role within consulting, professional services, or complex solution sales
- Proven success in driving growth and managing strategic customer relationships
- Strong experience engaging with Board-level and C‑suite stakeholders
- Solid understanding of sales processes, complex deals, and large-scale engagements
- Ability to lead in matrix organizations and collaborate across multiple business units
- Strong industry insight and passion for digital transformation
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
