Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the technical implementation of a containerised infrastructure for the orchestration and management of therapeutic applications.
- You will continuously establish and develop best practices for Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- You ensure built-in quality, security and observability in distributed systems.
- You play an active role in shaping the software and system architecture and work closely with interdisciplinary teams – including quality managers and experts in regulatory requirements.
- You act as a technical point of contact and mentor for container and cloud technologies.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical discipline.
- You have many years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on containerised systems.
- You have experience in developing scalable platform solutions.
- You possess in-depth practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (e.g. AKS or Enterprise Kubernetes).
- You are familiar with microservice architectures and RESTful APIs.
- You have comprehensive knowledge of C# and .NET, as well as practical experience with Angular.
- Ideally, you are familiar with regulated development environments and have experience with real-time systems.
- You have a strong background in software engineering (clean code, design patterns, testing).
Your attributes and skills:
- You adopt a results-oriented approach to your work and place great emphasis on high quality standards.
- You strive for continuous improvement and embrace the principles of software craftsmanship.
- You are confident communicating in English in an international environment; a good knowledge of German is an advantage.
- You are able to document complex technical issues in a precise, clear and practical manner.
