Working student in HR (m/f/d)
Description
As a working student (m / f / d) in Human Resources, you will be part of a team that sees itself as a modern key support function for our business and corporate functions at our headquarters in Nuremberg.
You will get to know the workflows of the operative HR day-to-day business as well as concepts, processes and tools of strategic HR work.
This takes place both within the framework of projects and within the framework of "day-to-day" tasks, for example :
- Coordinating and handling of the entire reference process, including the creation of reference letters
- Supporting of HR business partners as well as HR Services
- Interacting with employees and managers on people topics
- General administrative tasks

In addition, you have the following prerequisites :
- Study of economics, sociology, pedagogy, psychology or a comparable course of studies
- First professional experience in Human Resources is desirable
- Very good organizational skills as well as an independent, careful and goal-oriented way of working
- Creativity, commitment and very good communication skills
- Very good MS-Office knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German and English
