What you ll do :
The role of the Management Support Specialist to the Head of Customer Awareness and Audits offers the great opportunity to work in a global team with a broad range of responsibilities covering reporting, planning, and strategic activities.
You will be responsible for the overall operation and scheduling of daily functions and duties for the leaders, as well as offer support in various projects, controlling and reporting activities.
What you bring :
- Administration tasks such as calendar management, mailbox reading and responding to correspondence independently or after alignment with management
- Travel planning including booking and travel expenses
- Manage the partnership and collaboration with internal teams to collect / report key metrics provided by multiple stakeholders, assist with the development and reporting of key customer awareness and audit dashboards.
- Provide oversight and management of the external Audit Support program to ensure efficient execution and effective collaboration with external auditors related to SAP products
- Support of internal and external meetings and conference calls including room booking, organization of preparation meetings, keeping the minutes and follow-up activities
- Streamline workflow processes, handle purchase orders (including master data creation and administration, creation of shopping cards), and oversee inventory.
- Develop collaborative work relationship within own team and cross-functionally
YOUR PROFILE
- Prior experience in executive assistant roles on regional or global level
- Graduate level education or professional certificate in business administration, office management, or related field
- Five to eight years of professional experience, thereof at least five years within SAP
- A high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, notably Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Fluent in German and English
- High level of initiative, discretion, and professionalism; capability to operate independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, combined with readiness to learn and progress.
- Collaborative in nature and able to build relationships with similar functions across SAP

As part of the SAP Security Compliance and Trust Office, the Customer Awareness and Audit Team advocates on behalf of our customers by influencing our business partners with data, anecdotes, and information to spotlight issues that need attention and focus.
This role will help enable all of the other teams within SAP to be more effective in fostering increased Trust with customers.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies and industry standards.
