Role : Senior Business Analyst (Insurance Focused)

Salary : €90,000 - €105,000

Location : Munich; Alternatively - Berlin, Dusseldorf, Ehningen, Hamburg

Responsibilities

Requirements

• University degree preferably in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or comparable courses of study.
• Expertise in insurance processes and insurance software products.
• Proven project experience in introducing standard software and transforming business processes in the insurance industry.
• Long-standing and sustainable experience in the insurance sector.
• Experience in team and / or project management.
• Knowledge of IT trends and their impact on business success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Language skills : fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel in a dynamic project environment.
• Project related practical experience in conducting Business Analysis in Core Insurance property & casuality processes.
• Detailed Know-how of the value chain of an insurance company for retail insurance.
• Know-how of the value chain of an insurance company for retail insurance and the related business interfaces between insurance processes.
• Prooven project record in designing the core processes of the End-to-End process value chain of a German P&C insurance company.
• Deep understanding in applying agile analysis and IBM Garage to design to-be core insurance processes of P&C.
• Languages required : German, English
